When the products are handed over to the carrier, title and risk of accidental loss or damage pass to you.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your dealings with Mylimi žiulijukii, including any injuries, damages or losses resulting from your purchases or services. We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that failure to notify you in a timely manner will not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer material damages as a result.
